社会保险个人帐户的建立或转移

公司为员工依法缴纳社会保险金，并按照员工户口所在地及是否建立了个人帐户。

1、从未建立过社会保险个人帐户的，员工需向人力资源部提供个人身份证号码（18位），由人力资源部到社保部门办理个人帐户的增加建立手续。

2、在北京市建立了个人帐户的，本人需提供原单位开具的社会保险停缴证明和社会保险转移单，人力资源部凭此办理社会保险个人帐户的转移手续。

3、在北京市以外地区建立了个人帐户且户口在北京市的，本人需提供原单位开具的社会保险停缴证明和社会保险转移单，人力资源部凭此办理社会保险个人帐户的转移手续；在北京市以外地区建立了个人帐户但户口不在北京市的，本人需提供原单位开具的社会保险停缴证明，人力资源部凭此为其在北京市重新建立社会保险个人帐户。

The company pays insurance money for the employee according to laws and decides if individual account should be established according to the place of registered permanent residence of the employee.

1.The employee who has never established an individual account of social insurance should provide 18 digital ID number for the human resources department, which will handle the establishment of individual account in social insurance department.

2.The employee who has established an individual account in Beijing should provide the certificate for cease of payment of social insurance and the transfer bill of social insurance issued by the original organization for the human resources department, which will handle the transfer procedure of the individual account of social insurance.

3.The employee with registered permanent residence in Beijing who has established an individual account in place other than Beijing should provide the certificate for cease of payment of social insurance and the transfer bill of social insurance issued by the original organization for the human resources department, which will handle the transfer procedure of the individual account of social insurance. The employee without registered permanent residence in Beijing who has established an individual account in place other than Beijing should provide the certificate for cease of payment of social insurance issued by the original organization for the human resources department, which will re-establish an individual account of social insurance for this employee in Beijing.
