互助论坛招聘管理成员办法现更改如下：

所有会员均可应征论坛版主、超级版主职位

应聘超级版主，需在英语原创文字版块发表二篇个人原创英语文章，待管理员审核通过后，即可上任。

应聘版主，只需在英语原创文字版块发表一篇原创英语文章，待管理员审核后，即可上任。

（管理员审核时长在24小时内）

凡成功申请上版主职位的会员，论坛会给予一个月的试用期限，此后将永久保有论坛核心成员奖章，并可免费在论坛进行推广宣传。

In order to improve the quality of our forum, we’re currently looking for a few of candidates, who are proficient in English and desire to make some of contribution to our English learners; you would have served as a moderator to keep our regulations, organize instructive activities, highlight or delete items as well as write back FAQs. The qualifications which required are as below:
1、 At least one hour available in our forum each day.
2、 At least five thoughtful originals posted in our forum..
3、 Strong sense of coordination and responsibility.
4、 Have good command of both English reading and writing.
5、 Experienced in managering some other English forum or have plenty of essential data are preferred.
If you want to be a moderator in this forum, please follow this thread or mail to me. we'd really appreciate what you’ve done for this organization. If you’re the one we’ve selected, of course, a rewarding system is provided as follows:
1、 You’ll receive 100 ENB（互联币） each moth.
2、 You can enter all the sections of our forum and have the right to join any kind of activities.
3、 You can read and download whatever attached in the forum.
