员工试用与转正中英文版条例

1、试用期根据合同期的长短而不同。试用期间享受试用期待遇。在此期间，如果员工决定离开，可提出辞职，并按规定办理离职手续；如果员工的工作无法达到要求，公司也会终止对其的试用。
2、试用合格并通过职前教育，由试用部门负责人填写员工评价表并签署意见，按有关程序转正。

Probation and Becoming a Full Member

1.The length of probationary period depends on the length of the contract. The employee during probationary period has the remuneration for probationary period. During this period, the employee can resign by application according to specifications. The company can also terminate the probation of the employee if the employee does not meet the requirement for work.

2.The qualified employee becomes a full member according to related process after pre vocational education and employee evaluation table filled in and signed with comments by the supervisor of the probation department.
